If I have no songs on itunes but I have all my songs on my iphone, will it delete everything on the iphone if I press "sync"?

if you bought the songs on your iphone, before you sync, it should say "transfer purchases." to be safe, you can use a third party program to get the songs off. i've used IpodtoCompter transfer.
